Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
You may return a product if:

3. The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
1. Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or unauthorized installation.
2. Clearance or promotional sale items.
Return Process:

2. Provide proof of purchase and photos/videos of the product’s condition.
3. Ship the product to [return address].
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Process:
1. Initiate an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
2. Follow the same steps as outlined in the Return Process.
3. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are issued if:
1. The product is returned and passes inspection.
2. A cancellation request is made before the product is shipped.
Refund Approval:
1. After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs:
1. For defective or incorrect items, we bear the return shipping cost.
2. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Cancellation Policy
